Treated myself to the Holiday Deluxe spa pedicure. Was wonderful rest to start the holiday season. The presentation, the scents and creams were worth the extra! I was Hoping to post a picture, but can’t figure that one out!🤣🤣

I had a pretty negative experience with one of the nail techs who did my soak off. He unfortunately overfiled my nails to the point where they are painful and red. While he did not appear to be rushing at all, he definitely lacked the proper technique. I ended up speaking with the owner of the salon. She was extremely kind and genuinely concerned about the situation. I could tell the way she handled my problem, that she really cares about her clients. I have been going to Crystal since May, now. I recently went in to get my UV gel soaked off to give my nails a break. When doing this before, I would notice dry and brittle nails, but ever since going to OC nail Studio this is not the case. Crystal applied nail strengthener and took her time to carefully remove any UV gel. My nails are strong and healthy, and I even was able to paint them myself without any issues. The people here were friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. However, when I got home I realized my nails were red, painful, and severely over-filed. During the appointment, an employee actually came over and told the person doing my soak-off that they needed to be careful to avoid over-filing, but it was too late. It definitely was just an error in technique versus rushing because they did spend nearly an hour removing my nails. But it is painful now.
