I have gotten gel manicures here regularly. Last week, I got my first dip manicure because they told me it was stronger and wouldn’t chip. The next day the top coat was all crackled. I called and the manager had me come back and sanded them down and put new topcoat. One week later they are all chipped. They told me the dip wouldn’t chip and within a week I have multiple chips AFTER he already fixed it the day after I had it done. Waste of $55 + tip. I’m SO disappointed and will be switching nail salons.
Worst experience ever.
Charged me extra for something I didn’t know I was getting. Lady was super rude, and completely ignored me when I was asking why I was charged extra.
My nails were electronically filed too thin, it was hot and painful. My nails are so soft and flexible now. The gel colors on the samples were misleading and the color was not put on smoothly, another layer was definitely needed.
Came in for French tips and the paint off my toes are already coming off. The person doing my pedicure had an attitude and the paint is not neat at all. Paid $66 for nothing honestly. Didn’t even file my nails the shape I wanted. Will not be coming again.
