Worst experience ever. Smelled horrible and the chair, bowl, cart, arm rest, basically everything, looked dirty. My first instinct was to leave immediately, but I wanted to give them a fair chance, and will not have a chance to go somewhere else because I have to work and then leave town. I would give no start this place is so unprofessional didnt ask my desired shape nor did i get any items included in my pedicure package when i brought it to there attention the lady acted as if she couldn't understand i said it twice i was very disappointed as i noticed her rushing i wasn't even in the pedicure chair 15 mims she said done i was done. I visited Golden Nails in Jonesboro, Georgia, yesterday and was very disappointed with my experience. I clearly communicated that I wanted all my nails to be the same size and length. While I usually go for S&S, I decided to try gel nails in several colors to match the shade on my toes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted, so the technician suggested a yellow shade that looked pretty in the bottle. I would not recommend getting sns service at this salon. I got my nails done on a Monday and 2 days later, every finger on my right hand were chipped and cracked off. I’ve never experienced this before and the technician said to me that it’s basically my fault my nails look that way, since I type at work… meanwhile I’ve gotten sns for years with the same job no issue. Was seated quickly with a friend for gel polish on toes . The ladies handled our feet ruff moving them around with an attitude and aggressively . My big toe’s nail polish started to form a bubble from her not fully curing my nail correctly. I asked for my eyebrows done and for starters after doing my bestfriends feet I didn’t see her wash her hands .
