nail design great
Have been going to this place for years. Really like how they always quickly jump to get our entire family serviced. My 13 year old daughter only likes going to this salon for her nails! This is the best nail salon in town
I got a gel manicure and the collegen spa pedicure. Highly recommend! I like the attention and detail that is applied. Wonderful this is the best nail salon in Castro Valley ca
cute shop, but my experience wasn’t good. Ken was rude when I didn’t like the French tip and told me to just get a full color. I had to ask for another tech. I shouldn’t have to settle for a design I don’t want because the French tip wasn’t even. I also asked to just remove the gel from my toes and was told it was “late,” even though it was only 8:30.
I would give zero stars if I could. I came in for a simple pedicure, but it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The technician cut my nails completely out of shape, and the overall service was poor. I’m very unhappy with how they look and the lack of attention to detail. I won't be returning and definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service in Castro Valley. ):
