First and last time coming to this nail salon. Very disappointed about the service I got there.
Absolutely love coming here! They give great service, and are super sweet! They give you a choice of water or soda to enjoy during your service as well! Will be coming back
I came at 9:30pm and called to make sure they were open before I got out of my car. They said they were fully booked and asked me to come tomorrow. I walked to the front door to check if it was busy inside, and the building was locked. It wasn’t fully booked, they left early. Mind you it says they closed at 11:30pm.
This was our second time coming, first time was great. Everything was done well and in a timely manner. This was was totally different. Was rushed, and over charged. After reading the other reviews, owners response is totally unprofessional. As someone who never sends a dish back. Who never complains about poor service, who has worked in service jobs all my life this was beyond poor. We even tipped for their service... "The coin has two sides" the only coin you want is mine.
