I came here and got a manicure as a pedicure, at the same time. I don't like that. It felt rush and I was uncomfortable having my hands twisted while my feet were being worked on. Also, the manicure didn't go far enough. My hands were not soaked, cuticles were not pushed back, no hands massage, polish wasn't all the way on. Then the zelle payment thing was terrible. I had my first visit to this salon and had the pleasure of working with Lin and Kim—both were absolutely amazing! 10/10 experience. I got a hard gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and they were incredibly gentle with my nails while paying close attention to detail. The salon itself was super clean, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining a hygienic environment. This is the best nail salon in Castro Valley Ca. They do an amazing job and open late… highly recommended.
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in hoping for a relaxing service, but the overall experience was far from professional. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, and the quality of the work did not match the price I paid. My nails started chipping only a few days later, which shouldn’t happen after a fresh set.
