I take my family here all the time. They are very friendly and nice, ensuring that all the customers leave satisfied.
I waited for over an hour just to get my nails done, and when it was finally my turn, the nail tech had an attitude and told me she couldn’t do my nails because she had to leave. That was really unprofessional and frustrating after waiting so long. Every time I come here, I leave disappointed — they rush through the work, don’t pay attention to detail, and the overall service feels careless. I really tried to give this place multiple chances, but the experience never improves.

The staff was unorganized, had horrible customer service, very rude and have no work ethics. No sense of responsibility either. Anytime I call to make an appointment, the manager is never available, and they always make excuses. If there was an option for 0 stars then i would have given it.
