THIS NAIL SALON NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN BY THE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH! These people are mixing MMA powder with an unknown substance for their "acrylic" sets. This is illegal activity and is a horrific nightmare for your nails. This mixture made it virtually impossible for the "acrylic" to soak off and thus my nails had to be rescued by Sole' Nail Spa.

Horrible service. I asked them to fix my toe and it was made a big deal. The next time I went to get my eyebrows done I had no issues. Then when I went for a pedicure refused my service after going for years and said I was petty for asking them to fix something. They pick and choose what services they want to give. They want to give mediocre pedicures.

These people claim that asking them to fix something they don’t do properly is being petty. So basically holding them accountable is an issue when you clearly painted one of my toenails crooked. Never going back. It is sad when businesses like this want to come into our neighborhoods and perform bad services yet still want to get paid. No Ma’am.

Discriminatory against people who just want proper service and what they asked for. I would NOT go to this nail salon. If you are looking for quality work, search elsewhere.
