I Absolutely love this nail salon! The team is super friendly and they always make me feel so comfortable. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them every time, and they last really well Thankyou too linh who has always been great at what she does and always so polite And this is why I continue too come back for the great service🤍
Super friendly environment, huge variety of colours and they always do an amazing job on my nails. If you’re looking for creative nail designs - Linh the owner is the lady to see. I highly recommend!
Today i was did just leg massage no colour and she charge me 40$ it’s very experience in the Coventry market and service very bad only 10 minutes leg massage and i did wait 20 minutes
As someone who lives nearby, I’m very disappointed with this nail salon. The staff — especially the woman with short hair — were incredibly rude. When you call, they sound polite, but when you show up, you’re treated like you don’t matter. I work in customer service myself, and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The service I received was extremely disappointing. I specifically asked the lady who was waxing whether the underarms included full arms, and she assured me that it did. However, when I got to the counter, I was shocked to find that she was trying to charge me an additional $20 for the underarms. When I questioned this discrepancy and brought up what the lady had told me, the staff explained that she didn’t understand English very well.
