Make sure your employees know how to inform customers of extra costs. I’m very angry that I was charged $110 for a simple nose piercing. I was originally told it was going to be $60, and when i asked if it was going to cost extra for paying in card the guy at the desk told me no. When Jeremiah took me back to pierce my nose again he had me pick a ring out and i asked how much extra it would cost. He lied and told me $10. It was way more than that because i was charged $110. This team at Golden Monkey was awesome, made me feel right at home! Heck this was my first sitting and I felt like it was my third or fourth visit...if you are in town check these dudes out very professional and the parlor is laid out...great artifacts especially the religious ones of all cultures...Matt is my reference if you’re interested but from my other coworkers they all rock...I will be back soon for my next tattoo...
