Golden Mean and the team are amazing! Kelly got me scheduled right away when I called and it was quite smooth. Then I met with Jennifer, who was just wonderful. She made me feel comfortable immediately and was welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment there is calming and you can tell the whole team are true mental health experts. I left feeling relieved and hopeful. Highly recommend them!
Called and no one answered. I left a voice mail with my number and didn’t receive a callback. Called again a few days later and the exact same thing happened but eventually they called back several days later with them claiming to not be accepting new patients at the time like yeah okay.?
Filled out a new patient form, weeks ago called a few times, left messages for different people in the practice that I had not been contacted about my new patient form, never got a call back
Julie is amazing! She is kind, empathetic, very knowledgeable, listens, makes great suggestions and truly cares about her patients. Her office is decorated beautifully and feels welcoming. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend both Julie and Wendy.
I met with NP Jennifer Humphreys. I got an appointment very quickly. She was absolutely fabulous. She was thorough and listened to all my concerns . The environment was beautiful and relaxing. She immediately made me feel comfortable and like i could easily talk to her. She was very professional , knowledgeable with also a very friendly demeanor. I highly recommend her and this office. They offer Telehealth appointments with some in person visits after establishment. Wonderful place!
