Not the best place to live. – What a joke the first review is it was obviously wriiten by the management. The appliances are junk and if your fridge goes out your screwed - hundreds of dollars in lost food. The installations are the cheapest they can buy. The new cabinets were never attached to the wall and are pulling out. The new cabinets don't match the old ones (the're cardboard) so most of the renters had to prime and paint the walls. The bug problem is better though. The mold in the bathrooms is disgusting any repairs ... read more
HORRIBLE Parking lot situation! – I would not recommend Cedar Square Apartments to anyone unless they want to be pay towing costs many times during their lease. We were parking in our spot during the winter, which is VERY NARROW. Have not been able to park in it since we moved here, because neighbors park and leave NO ROOM for another car to fit between them. At 930 pm the car was towed, no phone call to us to let us know to move the car. NO WARRNING. Also visitors have NO WHERE to park without risking being towed, no matter... read more
Best place I have ever lived – I moved to Golden Meadows a year ago and it was the best move I have ever made. The people are great. Managers Ken and Marge are so nice it is the best place I have ever lived.
BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN WBL! CHEAPEST/NICEST – To whom this may concern, I have been a tenant at pinehurst for almost 4 years. I rented from pinehurst because it was affordable, comfortable and in a great location. My intentions were just to stay the year and move closer to work downtown. However after getting all moved in and comfortable with my Apartment, It grew on me! Dont have friends come over – I would prefer to tell people that if they have visitors that they might not want to park anywhere close to the building. Even though they say they have visitors parking someone still may have the car towed even though there is no apt number on the spot or on the post.....I wouldnt rent here ever again. They also raise your rent after one year no wonder why the first year is so cheap!!!!
