When I went over there my neck was still stiff and my shoulder muscles were so hard I got a armature massage prior from a family member but I still felt pain. I got a deep tissue 30 minute massage and it hurt. I did feel like my back was bruised for the rest of the day.(no actual bruising on body just the feeling) But the next morning I woke up and I realized I no longer felt as stiff and can move freely but still feel slightly bruised. Amazing Massage!!!
Update: My initial review is at the end of this post. The relief I got prompted my second visit. Turns out, Ruby calls her technique acupressure not deep tissue. On this visit she attacked my body with excessive, aggressive elbow pressure that caused intense pain that I was barely able to tolerate. The experience was anything but relaxing. Great place, very clean and modern. luci worked me over and did a great job,I had a knot in my upper back when I walked in, and I felt so much better when she was finished. Reasonably priced, worth every penny. I will be going back.
My back and especially the sciatic was raging with pain. The reviews of Golden Massage prompted me to pay them a visit. Ruby did an exceptional job of relieving the tightness. Her hands are well trained and her intuition is spot on. When people talk about their deep tissue massage, it is deep and it is forceful. But if you want relief, I say breathe through the discomfort and let Ruby do what she does so well. I left feeling so much better! I will be back!
