I made an appointment one week in advance to see Dr. Kephart. Prior to the appointment I received 2 emails and 2 telephone calls to confirm I would keep the appointment. At the time of my visit I was kept waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room then taken to an exam room. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I asked if the doctor was in the building. I was told he was not in yet. I retrieved my MRI report and disk and left. This is no way to treat a patient. I will not return to this practice.
Office staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Golden was excellent and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I did not feel rushed like I have with other doctors. Very pleasant experience.
