Only shop I ever had try to change the contract on me. Then play games with my signature and it’s date (trying to reverse engineer the contract) then short change the final check. They have an extremely hard time accomplishing basic tasks, and will try to act like that is your problem vs. theirs. They try to nickel and dime customers to death. And employees they will short your hours, or simply not pay you for the time you worked. Most shady machine shop I’ve ever seen. No morals.
Worked there 3 weeks. They tried to get me to back date my signature after changing the pto agreement on me. They had to talk to their lawyer about my pto agreement before supposedly honoring it with me back dating the signing. That’s attempted fraud. For 3 weeks the owners stared at me and had kind words for not banging out parts, but they handed me maybe 3 minor very short time jobs to work on the whole time.
