These people that run Golden Living centers have a seat reserved in hell when they die!
Very nice to me. They helped me get on my feet and taught me how to walk again. Thank you folks from golden living.
My loved one was there for a week. Bed never changed in 8 days! No one offered to help him with a bath. Dirty and nasty place. Some nurses were nice and some were offended you asked them for help. Nursing assistant was playing on her phone at the nurses desk and ignored me Multiple times. Shut the place down! I can understand your employer might not treat you good, but you're taking care of human beings. You should always put them first ,not the paycheck. Many of them need to find a new career
This facility has some great staff but they are not rewarded by management for the good job some do.
food terrible, whole place dirty, beds not changed, baths not given, rude slow employees (not all but too many), no hot water if they had water this winter, etc. etc.
Just retired from Glc WS after 8 years 5 in business office 3 in admissions and Goldenliving Center West Shore rocks! We have hardworking loyal caring dedicated employees and awesome residents.
The only good thing that came out of golden living was my wife!!!
