I missed home but I felt like the staff cared, there are 3 CNA that are amazing: Teresa, Lauren and Natalie the ladies are earth angels they made my stay comfortable, the nurse are awesome as well, the physical therapy crew are wonderful there pushed when needed, I will miss the staff

I was referred to this facility after a bad fall at home. Thankfully I didn’t break anything but I needed rehabilitation after being immobile for at least 10 years due to multiple sclerosis and other chronic illnesses. The nurses and physical therapists were fantastic, personable and treated me like a member of their own families with the exception of one nurse who was cold and seemed like she was put out that she had to help me. My mother stayed at this place for less than 3 days . She was neglected by the staff and was not given her medication properly. The staff did not communicate with each other and never gave her proper care or therapy. We took her out since she had a horrible rash, her blood pressure was so high and had severe headaches and was nauseous. When the staff was confronted with this they did not even apologize and did not admit to their lack of humanity and professionalism.
