Took a tour with Jessica and she was very professional and knowledgeable however this facility did not meet our needs.
A truly great place to be. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make everyone feel at home. The level of care is phenomenal and you won't find a better place to entrust your loved ones for quality, compassionate care
My cousin was supposed to be staying here but as soon as she arrived the room was filthy. Dirty sheets on the floor, drawers filled with food crumbs, dirty sink and windows you could not see through. Antiquated furniture that looked like it was going to fall apart. No nursing staff in sight and bed had no railings for safety or for helping patient. Horrible facility , roaches in the residents rooms . On dinner trays. Building is infested , administration floats up and down because they can’t keep anyone staffed. They never have supplies to properly care for residents, they allow residents to abuse you . Like any facility they have problems , the main problem is the infestation and the lack of care for the residents in need . Like someone else said in the reviews , it is pretty much a homeless shelter, so prepare yourself before sending family or yourself here .
