Two weeks ago we toured Cedars for possible placement for my FIL. The staff was overall friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. What stood out most to us was our guided tour throughout the facility. Jessica was so helpful explaining how benefits worked, what our options were for next steps, and even digging into some of the topics my wife and I may have been dancing around just because they were generally difficult to discuss. Every time I’ve been In this facility, the staff has been very friendly and gracious. Admissions Director Jessica is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility.
I recently paid a visit to the Cedars for a tour. I showed up unexpected and was very surprised of how accommodating everyone was. I was welcomed and greeted by the receptionist, employees passing by while I waited asked if I had already been helped or if there was anything they could do for me while I waited. I frequent the cedars monthly as a community and referral partner. Whenever I'm in there, everyone is always so welcoming. The staff is friendly and the residents are happy and I’m always met with inviting attitudes and resources at my disposal. The therapy team is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skilled care and always willing to answer any questions that I may have. I definitely recommend Cedars for skilled and LTC needs!!
