I needed an earring repaired. The owners were clear about the cost and what to expect. Unfortunately the earring broke again when I picked it up, but they took it back immediately and revised the job for free. I appreciated that bit of customer service!
Today will be the final time I go here. This was my 2nd time getting my watches battery changed. Dealt with a very rude woman. She told me to come back after 15 mins. I came back told her 3 buttons were stuck or didn't work. She fixed it and upon inspection I told her the face watch didn't align with the lines on the watch. Great, affordable, quick watch service.
Super nice guy called about getting a wristband made of metal shortened to fit my wrist. He did it no problem never asked for a dime so I offered him a small fee sort of feel bad for him. He’s been there for a while. Doesn’t look very busy and the mall is very expensive rent so if you’re in Kingsgate, stop in and say hi or if you want to take a look at some jewellery place to look
I originally went in there to get a clasp on a necklace replace (about $10-$20) the lady & gentleman were so nice and patient with me, I ended up purchasing a silver chain from them as well. They were so nice and wonderful. The necklace and clasp were for a very special and personal reason and they were very patient and caring. They explained everything in detail.
