I took my 14K gold pearl necklace in to have it shortened. When I asked about the price beforehand, a guy told me it would be around $30–40, and I asked him again, “You’re restringing it, right? And is that really the correct price?” He replied that it was approximately the right price. I recently bought a 14-karat gold chain from this store. The price was fair, and the staff were professional. I’m happy with my purchase.
They repaired my watch but the result is sloppy. You can see glue, it doesn't look tidy. I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to redo it. They wouldn't own up to the fact that it didn't look the same as before so I just paid and left. Picked up the watch today.
