I tried to ask a question and the guy went on a DIATRIBE about how I was wasting time. Does this guy know people know where he works? I have half a mind to EMBARRASS him in person infront of his POOR WIFE. REPLY TO ME PLEASE and ask me to bring my watches in so I can humble you, you MANCHILD. Wont even let you touch my gear🤚😅
They repaired my watch but the result is sloppy. You can see glue, it doesn't look tidy. I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to redo it. They wouldn't own up to the fact that it didn't look the same as before so I just paid and left. Picked up the watch today.
I took my 14K gold pearl necklace in to have it shortened. When I asked about the price beforehand, a guy told me it would be around $30–40, and I asked him again, “You’re restringing it, right? And is that really the correct price?” He replied that it was approximately the right price. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the clasp kept getting stuck and wouldn’t open properly no matter how many times the lady and I tried.
