My young son eagerly anticipated having a haircut by a young man today. However, the more experienced gentleman in the shop provided guidance, which I have no issue with. Despite spending 45 minutes in the shop and three haircuts that were late due to misunderstandings about the desired style, the shop still charged me $35 for a haircut for my 10-year-old son. Not to mention leaving a nasty red rash on the back of his head. The customer experience was unacceptable, and I will never return to this establishment.
Today I'm visited the barbershop, there are new staff, a Malaysian guy served me, he's been very professional, he cut my hair with care and precision, and the best news is: neither hairs cutted around my clothes or on my neck and on my head!
