Dem rude bad. It's gotten worse over the years. Lady at the register moved a pen nd receipt atound for 5 minutes and still never took my order. Not even a "one minute miss". No eye contact Or nothing. The man who was heliong someone else took my order. Food quality had dropped too. Cant be rude and food taste bad. Pick one.... Theyre extra rude and dry if they think youre a black american. Mi juss ah seh.

first off we walked in.. older lady looking at me and my family like we’re ghosts. then she proceeds to talk to us with an attitude. asked a question she responds with an attitude. so i kindly left and didnt want nothing anymore. she needs to go or the business will slowly fall apart! seriously she is NOT for the front she needs to stay to the back

yall need to let the elder lady in there go because yall gonna lose loyal customer's thats been supporting you guys for years. let her go or teach her better customer service. 5 star when shes not there. 1 star when she is. Didn't want the food anymore .

I visited this Golden Krust location today for the first time, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a spice bun, jerk chicken wrap, spicy beef patty, a chicken lunch, and two Tropical Rhythms. When I asked for two bags—since it was two separate orders—the older lady at the counter rudely asked, “For what? We don’t give bags for bun.” Her tone and attitude were dismissive from the start.
