Even during this COVID-19 Pandemic, Golden Knots was quick to respond, came to house, reviewed rugs, gave an estimate, took the rugs, excellently cleaned and repaired the rugs with a detailed description of items, what was done with each and a suggested worth of each rug and the delivered them in a timely manner. Great service, friendly, family owned and run, and easy. Definitely recommended for even those precious heirloom rugs.
Reasonable price, quality work, prompt response and the staff were very nice.
They did a terrific job on my wool area rug. The usual extraction method does not work well on wool rugs. They washed and dried it professionally and my 15 year old rug looks almost like new. Very pleased! JOAN *.

I just got my freshly cleaned area rugs back from Golden Knots. I am so pleased with how they look as there were some tough pet stains that I thought I was stuck with. Rugs really look great! I also had carpeting on stairs and one bedroom cleaned..smells so fresh and looks wonderful. All around a great experience and I would gladly refer my friends and family to Golden Knots.
a great experience with Golden Knot. I had a hard time finding anyone who would come out to the house for repair of a wall to wall carpet. I was referred to Mr. Qureshi. We quickly set up an appointment for the date I requested. The service man arrived and completed the task at hand, replacing a patch of 20 year old berber carpet. When he was finished, I couldn't even see what piece of carpet had been replaced! All for a great price. Highly recommended
