It was one of my worst rental experiences ever. Mice got in somehow. We dealt with all the mice ourselves. They brought over only a single trap after a couple weeks. There was a clear issue that appeared structural with an exterior door frame that was never dealt with. Trashed furniture filled with bugs and other things were left from previous tenants that we had to take to the dump and pay to dispose of ourselves. Pat managed our rental house in Saskatoon for 9 years after we moved out of the province. She is an excellent manager and took a very good care our house. she made it possible for us to own a rental property while not living in the same city. Promptly informed us of any maintenance issues, has a good group of people to fix those issues, she selected excellent tenants and her fees where very reasonable.
