He's appraisal was approximately 15,000 low. When the Realtors, lender and myself realized their was a problem our realtor disputed it. He had used comps 6 months old. Our realtor disputed the appraisal with CURRENT comps AND HE WOULD NOT USE THEM NOR ADD A MARKET MONTHLY INCREASE ON HIS 6 month old ones!!! A MAN this stubborn unwilling to admit when he's wrong should retire as he is harming too many people!! Shameful on him!!
