Bianca is wonderful, so dedicated and very professional, she has such a passion for her work and all those she cares for. She is fun and easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say, gives you her time and you never feel rushed. Wow, this practice is a breath of fresh air! They have a more modern approach to healthcare where providers actually take their time during appointments and encourage patients to share any health concerns. Before the appointment ended, I was even asked, “Is there anything we didn’t cover that you wanted to discuss?” Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse to the provider, Erica, was so caring and professional. I’m not used to leaving a medical office feeling like I was truly listened to and helped. Highly recommend!
I am forever grateful to everyone at GIFHC! I have multiple chronic conditions that can limit my abilities at times, but they help me to live my best life! Everyone genuinely cares here, and I feel like they are on my team to manage my healthcare. I wouldn’t have made it this far with this quality of life without them!
