I enjoyed my one annual visit here, and I enjoyed the bedside manner I received, but I was not happy with the billing codes. My preventative care was billed as "diagnostic" rather than "preventative" because I had one prescription filled during the visit. I tried to resolve the issue with my insurance as well as the office, but I was stuck with a $200 or so bill. I absolutely love Baylee and the staff here. Me entire family now goes here now. She listens to everything and is so compassionate and understanding. We have had a wide variety of things needed treated and she is knowledgeable about it all and has really helped us. I am so thankful for her..

I am so glad I found this practice when I moved to Brunswick in 2024 and needed a PCP. I used to see Alexis and she figured out what was going on with me in about 30 seconds of actually listening to my symptoms. Something that could have been fixed years prior had previous doctors just paid attention to something other than my weight. She got me on a medication to fix the root cause and it works great.
