One-stop jewelry store. Visited multiple times. They are courteous, prompt, and offer reasonable pricing. Available in-store repairs, including batteries. Also, have a variety of jewelry on display. Always support small businesses.
Kim is great! I went in to get a new watch resized & she was extremely thoughtful, and gave helpful suggestions. She fixed it right there on the spot. Well priced, and fast!
Owner is awesome! He is a GIA gemologist who is fantastic and knowledgable. Went in with a GIA certified diamond with report to confirm that the diamond was the correct one listed in the report and we determined the stone wasn’t the right one. He explained his process to me and even let me look under his microscope, very sweet and would highly recommend to anyone.
I needed a quick fix on my wife's wedding ring to have it in time for our anniversary. Not only did they get the work done the same day, they also improved on what I asked for and produced a better solution. Good work done at a fair and friendly price!
I lost a chip in my wedding ring. Took to George Thiompson first and was quoted $350 to replace and ficmx 4 prongs. So glad I left and came here. He was so informative and quoted less to replace and fix 8 prongs.
