I recently stayed getting acupuncture (hadn’t tried it before)- it has been such a positive experience for me so far. There were a variety of issues that I was trying to address with me physically through acupuncture and Amanda has been great at being attentive and in tune with what I need.
Amanda is great! I experience various pains (some chronic) after years of some hard miles on my body (hockey) and I always feel much better after seeing her. She also helped me rehab a shoulder after a really bad injury and tough surgery. The shoulder is 100% plus!
I decided to give acupuncture a try a few weeks ago and I can't even begin to share just how glad I am that I was open to it! It's still early on in my course of treatment, but I have already noticed several positive changes from working with Amanda. My nervous system feels more regulated after a lifetime of being "on edge". My sleep has improved, I feel more open, I'm going with the "flow of life" more often, and overall, I just feel happier, more content, and more peaceful.
