worst realty company ever. live here for 1 year and will never come back. Many people move out more often than people move in. The realty office is impossible to get a hold of, especially when you actually need them. Many of the things in my apartment on Ellsworth street I had to asked to be fixed when I moved in and over half the things were never fixed. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! I lived in the Ellsworth Building for a year, during that time our apartment was infested with bed bugs, pigeons made a nest and laid eggs in our exterior wall, the parking lot commonly flooded, and I experienced frequent power outages in the buildings common areas. Because of the poor quality of the building and lack of response from management I requested to break the lease and move out, but was denied. It has now been 4 months since I left and I am still struggling to get my security deposit back.
