Terrible. Unprofessional in their manner of communication and will cut off services without adequate notification. Will leave your family in a horrible situation with little care for your business or peace of mind. We’ve been in constant communication over the phone but they decided to communicate a last minute discontinuation of service via email. Unacceptable choice in this situation. Their choice to add multiple 24/7 clients after us should not impact our ability to receive service or it’s quality.
They have the most caring and greatest workers around.
Love that all administration is willing to chip in and help when needed.
