I literally thought my friend was pranked by you. But it was all legitimate. She told me that you offered to wash it out at no cost. Laugh it off and have it fixed I told her. To hear what you put her through when she came back to get it washed out is appalling. To make a mistake by dying a dogs hair without permission of the owner is enough in itself, but to literally throw money at a customer and kick them out after your admitted wrongdoing is insanity. This is the first time I've taken my German Shepherds to a professional groomer and couldn't be happier. Not only did my boys come back looking and smelling great - they were also quite happy!!
I was always afraid to get my cat to a groomer cause she is very nervous. She has been always shaved by the vet at our last duty station but now I found this place here and I am impressed. The Groomer doesn't just care a lot about the pets, she also does an excellent job. I definitely will bring her and my dog on a regular basis.

They did great!! My girl was super happy and she looks so fluffy and gorgeous!!! I just wish they didn't take as much off on her tail, it used to look like a fan (she has long hair) and now it's just short puffiness. Nun the less I loved them and the price!! Definitely will go to them for all 3 of my dogs!!!! �����������������������������������❤❤❤❤❤❤
Took my dogs for the first time back in December for A week during the holidays they were so kind made me feel great about leaving my dogs nice family invirmen.
