We have a new Certainteed roof installed by the GoldenHawk team. They replaced all the metal on the roof, some of the plywood, and did extra repairs to flashing and the chimney chase. I had the opportunity to practice my Spanish with Manuel, who was the lead contact and very helpful. There were times that I wasn't sure what I wanted, and even though GoldenHawk worked quickly, they were patient with me when I needed to think through what our family would be happy with. All in all, they earned a 5-star showing.
Worked on my house 3 times. First time replaced about 50% of my roof that was poorly installed years earlier by another roofer. Done well and no problems 1y later. Second time replaced rotten fascia. Well done. Third time finished yesterday on September 12, 20 25 was repair of over fifty rafters and beams. Appears to be very well done and looks very good. They were working with attention to detail and not in a hurry. Miguel is easy to work with and is responding promptly to phone calls. Five stars!
Definitely a five-star experience! Miguel from Golden Hawk responded quickly to my request for a bid. He gave me a great price (lower than the competition's bid), and stuck to that price, even when some unexpected repairs came up. After purchasing a home with an old out dated roof, we needed a roof replacement before we could obtain home owners insurance. Not only was Golden Hawk able to complete our roof replacement within budget and before our closing date, but they did a flawless job. Not to mention they cleaned up the property so well it was like they were never there. Miguel was an excellent communicator and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
We had a full roof replacement done and cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The work was done efficiently and we are confident that it was done well. We recieved many pictures of the work in progress that showed the problem areas of the old roof and the progress of the new work.
