We trusted Alex and Ellen with the care of my Mother. They followed all protocols, safety procedures, medication, meal, recreation etc.. however it was how they Treated Mom like family that is priceless to find in today's society. Give them a call , you'll see , one "bad apple" (1 bad review) did Not spoil this crew.
These peopleAl x andEllen are crooks ksvand thieves. Proof? Hey haven't returned my scooter paintings pocket watch or scooter. Th yve had more than a year to return my items. They have d frauded clients, Medicare, medicaid, immigration and a place for mom. Stay away from here.
Staff and management are very nice, educated, experienced, and very patient. The facility is clean, never smelly and very accommodating. The daily menus are nutritious and tasty and the residents really love the exercise program!
