Came here for a graduation haircut for my bro, employee there said that my little brothers hair is too thick to cut and shape. Your a "professional hair salon", what do you mean you can't cut, you got your license to do that type of business. Just because I'm the same race or you think I can't afford as you are doesn't give you any rights to deny a customer coming in. Overall customer service was horrible. Atmosphere was off.
I had a cut and color with Tracy. I asked for long layers do not take any length off then she proceeded to cut off 4 inches of my hair. I will not recommend this place. I am so upset. She ruined my hair for my family’s wedding!
