Reached out to this company for a quote on gutters. They told us one price over the phone. When they showed up, it was suddenly another price. I understand things change. Based on that, we held off on doing anything. They came and did the work anyways without my consent. Now they are demanding payment for a job that we weren’t ready to do because of cost. I will add that the cost was far more than we were quoted on the phone. Work with them at your peril.
Had them provide us a quote. We never agreed, approved, or indicated we would proceed with the work. They went ahead and did the work without approval. They are now bombarding us to get paid on something we didn’t agree to. Buyer beware this is not a company that operates honestly.
Golden Gutters had done many gutter projects for us, we've been happy with the quality of work, communication & pricing.
