Debbie and Brian are amazing to work with. The pictures they take of your home are incredible and extremely professional. Our home sold in a very short time and for almost what we were asking with very little difficulty.

Debbie was very helpful to us in selling our home recently. Given her familiarity with the area, she was able to add a lot to the sales process to help other agents' clients (who were not familiar with the area) feel good about our house, the neighborhood, etc. She stepped in many times to help expedite things and was very transparent with us in the process. Debbie was always responsive to our questions as well. We'd recommend Debbie especially if selling in Golden and the mountain communities of Golden.

Debbie was a delight to work with! She was always available, responsive, kind, courteous, and absolutely looked out for our best interests. My husband and I had to travel separately from North Carolina to look for a new home here in Colorado, but found a similar connection with Debbie and our different personalities meshed well with hers.
