My nephew is currently in one of their homes. The staff is all forgien so he has a hard time understanding them and them him. They do not supervise him regularly so he has had a lot of things happen while he is unsupervised (including having a knife pulled on him bc he was hanging out with the homeless with no supervision) They are hard to get a hold of. They have refused to talk to us on his behalf even though he has told them they can and has signed a release bc they say they "don't want to" when I call about concerns. Acc... read more
