Visiting an old friend that lived next to the apartment complex
Up to 1450 for a small one bedroom now. I've lived here for a couple years and there's been atleast 7 shootings outside, one tonight and I'm sick of it, it's dangerous. Another tenant told me their car was stolen here. Like the other comment said there's barely anywhere to park and they will tow right away, even when your tabs just expire. The 2 bedroom units only get 1 parking spot which is unrealistic for families. Management is condescending and deflects issues and concerns. The laundry machines break all the time. 1700 is what they raised the rent to . We have two cars one space and if we park somewhere else they tow the car so no company ever or they will risk getting towed . The manager puts notices up for everything I’m pregnant and left my trash on the porch for my husband they fines me 75 bucks . This place is a joke not to mention the crime . My company has to park on the street and risk loosing there vehicles. Over priced and very rude management!!!!!!!!!!!!!
