They polished my chain and fixed my links for free. I purchased a pendant and the whole process was very simple. I was able to put down a deposit and then come pick it up when it’s shipped and pay the rest. They also didn’t rush me to go pick up my pendant. They also have a wide selection of jewelry in their store.
