Dr. Barmae is the best. Easy to talk to, very understanding and just a good hearted doctor.
Dr Daniel Oberlin saw my PSA jump from 2.7 to 3.6 in one year, and recommended an MRI. It showed a spot. A later biopsy found cells rated Gleason 4. A later second opinion from UCSF rated them mere Gleason 3, but a UCSF surgeon and Dr Oberlin both recommended a Decifer Prostate Genomic test. It scored my 10-year risk of metastasis at 5.9%, the 93rd percentile. Dr Samuel Washington of UCSF said if it were his own father, he would recommend a radical prostatectomy.
