John with you personally I felt we had a great experience. That said, the office backup has been atrocious! I have been trying to get from Sleep Centers a Superbill for a day session on July 10th as well as a copy of my Sleep Report for night of July 13-14 . These have been requested numerous times since these events and yet still have not received them! John frankly at this point I doubt I will continue with Golden Gate but will seek help with a different sleep center. I am extremely frustrated to say the very least!. Again... read more
John was very patient and gave his honest opinion about my issue if I needed the deviated nasal septum surgery or not. I highly recommend John.
