Dr. Ruddy was calm, professional and very focused. I felt like I was in good hands. The only issue I had was in establishing the Telehealth connection.
Dr. Ruddy was great in asking questions and and listens attentively to my issues. Being a deaf person it was a little hard to hear as the mic wasn't very loud, other than that I was impressed with the dept.
