Booked on Booking.com in 01/25 (for July GC marathon weekend), at a price seemingly too good to be true. Our trip was cancelled at the very last minute 3 days from the trip. Backwards & forwards with Booking.com, finally got onto the actual reception who abruptly reported a "plumbing issue" with zero further information offered & sending the issue back to Booking.com. Seemed a little coincidental only a few days prior to a very busy & expensive Gold Coast accommodation scene for that weekend.
Extremely rude and unfriendly attendants, don't buy in this building. They won't even allow you to walk your dog along the driveway. Dodged a bullet there.
