The front desk representative has poor communication skills & is not very helpful with information
In October of 2017, my husband and I looked toured Golden Gate Gardens. We liked it, so we out in an application. We heard nothing back. Today, the check that I wrote for the application fee was cashed, which is OVER 7 MONTHS after giving it to them. Now, I understand that technically, they had every right to cash the check. But ethically, the shouldn't have; considering we have STILL not heard back from them, yet they are more than willing to take our money.
