Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Yes, even if it's a common cold, they run many expensive tests Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. We have used GG Pediatrics for almost three years and with two of our children. We love Dr. Camina! The female Dr that we started with at the same office- not so much. The office staff is hit and miss/mostly miss. They often fail to answer the phone when I have called for appointments during regular business hours. And they don't return the messages that I have left. Additionally, if you have private insurance they overcharge every visit. I have had to call central billing several times to straighten it out. Lack of staff, Dirty officces through out , rude service. Had to call several times to get someone on the phone. I am not pleased with this place. I was referred but I promise to never return and as far as the DR. is concerned hahahahaha it was like a comedy act. REALLY where did you get her from!!!!!!.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
