Window measurements scare me because it has to be precise so doing it myself was out of the question. If you need a pro they have the people to do it there. I thought I was going to have a serious problem looking for replacement screens in and almond colored finish and odd sizes. Fernanda was super nice on the phone when I called. Had a horrible experience with them earlier this year. One of pieces of glass was defective and they did not realize this until it had already been installed. When i spoke to the owner about this he told me that i would not be charged for labor to replace the defective glass, but in the end they ended up charging me partially.

It started with a bath remodel and turned into a gut to the stud remodel. Windows, doors, glass, mirrors… all done by Brian and his team. Couldn’t ask for better in all categories. Price. Quality. Installation. Small Local SF business who uses Bay Area manufactures. Instrumental in better design and installation because of extensive experience. Best subcontractor on my whole renovation. Ted

Took forever on my glass. Communication was terrible. Had to call multiple times to move the quoting process along and when I gave the go ahead the lady at the counter didn't register it. Called a week later only to find out that the order wasn't put in. All in all from start to finish it took over a month to get my order done.
