Christian is very polite .hardworking always serve all residents properly and on time ...today he take care of our filters/AC unit we really appreciates his effort .thanks chris again

The maintenance come very late The quality is low compared with the price of the apartments. They put the trash in front of out apartment taking two parking spots just for the trash!! I don't recommend at all
