Excellent customer service! Judy and Diosanna were really helpful with all the information, tours and in process of my new apartment!
Great experience at ReNew Alexandria so far. The staff has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Diosanna especially has been amazing. She’s always welcoming, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of.
Diego is great
Judy and Diosanna are absolutely amazing so helpful
I had a great experience with Diego one of the new maintenance workers. I had a number of issues in my apartment that he fixed and I found a hinge that was loose right as he was about to leave and I let him know and he fixed it no questions asked. I have full confidence that when he’s assigned the problem will be fixed.
