Here you pay all bills water ,sewer, gas, electric ,pest control,and trash fees . Everything but we do have a lot of roaches and different creepy insects. Of course rent super high I don't recommend this place. I am out of here.
The community is a mess too many roaches.plus they dont clean the hallway stayed dirty for days.
El sábado pasado me encontré con dos adolescentes parcialmente desnudos en una conducta sexual EN EL ÁREA DEL GIMNASIO. Me di la vuelta y me fui... nunca lo use o incluso pensé en pasar cerca de ese desagradable edificio... eso es realmente enfermo y repugnante y lo que me hizo escribir esto porque no es la primera vez que presencio este comportamiento feo. This place is horrible the Air is never working. The power goes off a lot then there’s no hot water or AC. They have open on Saturday on the front door. There’s no one ever in the office on Saturdays. they complain about stuff on the balcony that’s in the front of the building, but you can have anything on your balcony in the back of the building such as grills bicycle, etc. The office is always closed early on Fridays They allow people to work on their cars in the back of the building that takes up more parking.
