I highly recommend this company. My wife backed into our garage door with her SUV, damaging it late on Monday afternoon. I called Golden and within 30 minutes, Ken was at my door to help. He was able to straighten the door and put back on track and it looks and operates as good as new. All for only the $75 service call. When I do have a problem that requires a service call I will call Golden. I called Golden Garage Door Service to set up a service call on a Saturday. They offered to trouble shoot my problem over the phone before they came out. I was able to fix the problem myself. It was a short on the wall unit button. They didn't have to do that. They could have just made the service call. Instead I was able to fix the problem at no cost. When I do have a problem that requires a service call I will call Golden.
