Fred was very polite and professional during our new garage door opener replacement process. He explained what he was doing and set up all remotes afterwards for us. He hauled the old one and all debris away with him. We highly recommend this family owned business.

Tony came to our new house and was very honest about the fact that we didn’t need to have anything done to our garage door despite our home inspection report. As new homeowners he could have totally taken advantage of our lack of knowledge, so we really appreciated his frank assessment. We’ll be sure to call Golden Garage Door Repairs again when we actually need service!

Fred was here for a couple of hours. He replaced spring and several other parts. He made certain the door was balanced and operated properly before he left. Any time we have an issue with the door we call Golden Garage Door Repairs. They're always prompt. Highly recommend them.

Person from the business called to confirm the appointment the next day at 930. Was a no call no show. Called to see if they would be able to come later that day. Confirmed a 3-30pm time. Was a no call no show. Not sure if this is typical but will be using someone else.
