Worked with both Gabe and Abraham. These guys went above and beyond and got a new roof replacement ahead of the anticipated install date. Both the pre-sales and post install customer support were great!
Gabe with Golden Gables was very professional and personally delightful to work with. He always kept me in the know with what was going on and they installed the roof in 2 days as was expected and he was kind enough to take the phone number of Gutter Helmet to coordinate with them putting less on me. The yard was absolutely SPOTLESS when they finished, actually it was cleaner than before they started. Very good roofing company to work with. Great communication and doing very good job.
First of all, they were the only company that didn't want to see our insurance bid before they gave us one. So we feel that their bid was the most honest. We also signed the contract at the owners house, so we knew they weren't going to take our money and run. Abraham was very nice and professional throughout the whole process. Once they started working on our massive and complex roof, it took only 2 days to strip, replace and cleanup. The whole crew was extremely nice and hardworking.
