We have purchased all of our living room furniture and a mattress set from Golden. The staff is always very helpful in designing the perfect piece or finding it on the floor. . The delivery guys are great. When we had an issue with one piece after a few years, they worked to correct it to our satisfaction. This is the only furniture store we shop.
I have purchased furniture and mattresses at other bigger stores in TC with undesirable results in quality and follow up customer service. Since then, I have made a few purchases from Golden Fowler and have referred friends there, with superior customer service and product quality. I will never go anywhere else from now on.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience 2 years ago refurbishing our Lake Michigan condo. Mike and Lauren were outstanding. Very helpful with no pressure. Our Smith Brothers sofa and love seat combo along with the matching end and coffee tables have received numerous compliments for the appearance and comfort over that period of time. Our deepest appreciation. To top matters off, the Schwinn promotional bicycle, raised $150 for The Lion's Club at a golf outing. Thanks again. Jim and Jane — in Glen Arbor, Michigan.
No pressure, full of information, very personable and friendly , local products small town feeling , no buyers remorse. We will definitely be back to replace the worn-out big box junk.
