Best experience I’ve ever had in a barber shop, awesome haircut and beard clean up, I recommend fully this barber shop.

Booked an 8:30am appointment and arrived on time, only to be told to wait outside because they “weren’t open yet”—despite it already being 8:30 and other customers being inside. If you’re running a booking system, you should be ready at the booked time. No communication, no follow-up, and I eventually left. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience.
