We Had A Party Of 86, Serving Family Style, It Took Too Long To Get The Dishes Of Food, Especially The Meats & Potatoe Wedges Were Cold! The Other Dishes Of Food & Meats Were Good!
Yesterday was my Mom birthday dinner, we had 20 people or more and we loved the food, drinks and laughter.... Clean, hostess was nice
Got sat and had many witresses walk by table, after 10 minutes gave up and left. Thank god for Westpointe BBQ and their 5 star service.
Don’t really know. Waited for approx 10 minutes watched what looked like a manager and 6 waitresses stand at the front of the restaurant. Then saw one walk past, another cover her face so she couldn’t see us, yet another who just ran around the outside. Your event is not that huge you can’t wait on people. Oh and several dirty tables 4-5. So dissapointed. Not sure � f I will give them another chance. If you can’t wait on customers in the first couple minutes and acknowledge you will be waited on, you don’t deserve my busines... read more
Our family had a wedding rehearsal dinner for my brother & his wife in September & a birthday dinner for me yesterday. Both times the service was excellent & the food was delicious !! My family eats here often & we've never had a complaint.
