We hired this planner in February 2024 for our September 2025 wedding. In the beginning, she was very kind, communicative, and proactive. She regularly checked in, offered to show us the venue, and reassured us that as long as we secured and paid our vendors, we were on track. At that stage, the experience felt positive and promising. My husband and I worked multiple weddings with this company—at least four—without receiving a single dollar in compensation. We gave our time, our energy, and even drove across Tennessee to support her business. In return, we were treated with disregard and excuses.
